Stocking "Loch Lochie" with trout

Recently the dam "Loch Lochie" on the farm "Grasslands" owned by Lochart and Jen Whyle was stocked with trout. The stocking effort was initiated and carried out by Martin Davies, Lochart and Jen Whyle, and Clive Maytham. It was a freezing night under a star-studded sky - and an exhilarating experience for everybody who was involved.

Martin Davies predicts that "Loch Lochie" (with surface area of 38 ha) will become one of the best still-water fishing spots in South Africa.
